What to use this inbox for

Questions about the calculator

If a result looks wrong, if you want to understand why we kept 11 instead of reducing it to 2, or if you are unsure which name to enter (birth name, married name, chosen name), write to us. Tell us the kind of issue. You do not need to send your full name and birth date for us to explain the method — and we would rather you did not, unless the question truly requires a worked example.

Your inputs stay in your browser when you use the public calculator. Emailing them to us is the one way we would ever see them. Only do that if you are comfortable with it.

Questions about a meaning

If an article on 222, 444, 777, or any other number is confusing, thin, or missing a situation you are actually in, tell us. We cannot give you a private reading by return email, and we will not pretend a short reply can replace your own discernment. We can point you to the right page, clarify a sentence, or note a gap we should write into next.

Corrections

We care about getting the math and the facts right. If you have found:

a reduction error in a worked example
a broken link
a sentence that contradicts another page
an outdated explanation of method

please send the page URL, the problem, and (if you have it) the source or the correct arithmetic. Verified corrections are a gift. We will review them and update the page when the change is warranted.

A meaning that did not match the outcome you hoped for is not, by itself, an error. Numerology is interpretive. We will still read the note.

Editorial and guest notes

If you write about numerology or contemplative spirituality and want to propose a piece, you are welcome to introduce yourself. Send a short pitch, a link to writing that is already yours, and why the piece belongs on this Site. We only consider original work that fits our Pythagorean frame and our editorial standards. We do not guarantee publication, and we do not accept copied or AI-dumped drafts that the sender has not actually read.

Media, partnerships, and advertising

For press, interviews, tool collaborations, or advertising questions beyond ordinary AdSense display ads, email us with “Partnership” or “Media” in the subject line. Please be specific. A clear one-paragraph request moves faster than a deck.

We keep editorial independence. A partnership will not buy a more flattering meaning for a number.

Everything else

General feedback, a page that will not load, an accessibility problem, a privacy request — all of that belongs in the same inbox. For formal privacy requests (access, deletion, correction), please put Privacy request in the subject line so we do not miss it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and what we never collect.

How to write a message we can actually answer

A few details save a round of email:

the URL of the page you are writing about
your browser and device, if something is broken
a short description of what you expected and what happened
if you are asking about method, whether you used birthday, name, or combined

Please do not send:

payment card numbers, passwords, or government IDs (we will never ask for these)
medical records or a crisis history you need a clinician to hold
someone else’s full name and birth date without their knowledge

If you are in immediate danger or in a mental-health crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line. We are a website. We are not able to provide emergency support, and email is not monitored overnight.

Who will read it

Messages are read by Seraphina Hart, who operates Angel Number Calculator, and, when a note belongs with a specific piece of writing, by the author of that piece — Theodore Blackwood, Luna Reyes, or Julian Ashford.

You will hear from a person, not from an autoresponder pretending to be an angel.

How quickly we reply

We aim to reply within two to three business days. If the inbox is heavy, or if your note needs us to check a calculation against a page, it may take longer. We read everything. We do not promise a reply to abusive, spam, or off-topic mail, and we do not provide free custom numerology charts by email.

If you have not heard back after a week, it is fine to send a single polite follow-up. Please do not send the same question to the address five times. That does not move you forward in the queue.

What we will not do by email

To keep this inbox honest:

we will not predict a specific future event
we will not tell you whether to leave or stay with someone
we will not tell you whether to quit a job, move country, or make a medical choice
we will not “confirm” that a stranger is your twin flame
we will not override the public calculator with a secret second answer

Those questions deserve a slower, more human process than an inbox can give — a journal, a trusted friend, a counselor, a faith leader you actually know. Our pages are here to sit beside that work, not to replace it.

Privacy of your message

Whatever you send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We use your email to reply. We do not sell it, add it to a newsletter unless you separately ask, or hand it to advertisers. Correspondence is processed through an email inbox hosted in the United States.

If you contacted us about a privacy right, we will verify and respond as that policy describes, usually within 30 days.
