Your name and your birth date are among the most personal things you can type into a website. We treat them that way.
This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what Angel Number Calculator (https://angelnumcalculator.com/) collects, what we deliberately do not collect, how advertising on this Site works, and what choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This policy should be read with our Terms and Conditions and our Disclaimer.
1. Who we are
Angel Number Calculator is operated by Seraphina Hart (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact:
Email: angelnumbercalculator33@gmail.com
Website: https://angelnumcalculator.com/
Contact page: https://angelnumcalculator.com/contact-us/
When this policy talks about a “data controller,” that is Seraphina Hart, operating this Site.
2. The short version
If you only read one section, read this one.
- The calculator does not send us your name or birth date. Those fields are processed in your browser on your device. We do not receive them, store them, log them, or sell them.
- We do not have an account system. There is nothing to sign up for in order to see your number.
- If you email us, we see whatever you choose to put in that email, and we use it to reply.
- If you optionally ask us to send an extended reading, we collect only the email address you give us for that purpose.
- The Site shows Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners use cookies and similar tools to serve and measure those ads. That is the main way third parties learn anything about your visit.
- We do not sell your personal information.
The rest of this page is the detail behind those sentences.
3. What the calculator does not collect
This is the most important privacy fact about this Site, so we are putting it in its own section.
When you use the angel number calculator (or any similar tool we add later), you may type:
- a birth date
- a first name, full name, or other name you choose
- both
That information is used only on your device, inside your browser, to produce a result. It is not transmitted to our servers. It is not written to a database we control. It is not attached to an advertising profile by us. We cannot look up “what number Jane calculated last Tuesday,” because we never received Jane’s inputs in the first place.
Closing the tab, refreshing the page, or clearing your browser data clears the fields. If you screenshot or save a result card, that copy lives where you saved it, not with us.
Please do not email us a full name plus birth date unless you truly want us to see it (for example, to ask a question about a specific calculation). We do not need those details to operate the public calculator.
4. Information we may collect
We collect only what we need to run a free, ad-supported editorial site and to answer people who write to us.
4.1 Information you choose to give us
You may give us information when you:
- email angelnumbercalculator33@gmail.com
- submit a contact form, if one is present
- leave a comment, if comments are open
- request an optional extended reading or other email we may offer
- send a correction, guest-writing query, or business inquiry
This can include your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. We do not ask for your birth date, address, phone number, payment card, or government ID in order to use the Site. Please do not send those unless a specific, legitimate reason requires it.
If we ever offer an optional email delivery of a longer reading, we will collect only the address you type for that delivery, and only because you asked.
4.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and standard web technologies may automatically record:
- IP address
- browser type and version
- device type and operating system
- referring URL
- pages viewed, dates, and approximate times
- general location at a city or country level, derived from IP
- diagnostic data needed to keep the Site up and secure
We use this to run the Site, fix errors, understand which pages help people, and protect against abuse. We do not use server logs to reconstruct your calculator inputs, because those inputs never reach the server.
4.3 Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the Site to work. Others are used by Google to show and measure ads. Your browser may also store small pieces of data so a page remembers a setting (for example a theme preference, if we offer one).
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, ads and some page features may not work as intended.
See Section 6 for advertising cookies and Section 7 for analytics.
4.4 Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect:
- your calculator name or birth date (see Section 3)
- payment information (the Site does not sell paid access)
- precise GPS location
- government identifiers
- health records or diagnostic data
- information from children under 13
We also do not require an account, so we do not store passwords.
5. How we use information
We use information for these purposes:
- to operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- to answer your emails and requests
- to send an optional reading or reply you asked for
- to review corrections and keep articles accurate
- to understand aggregate traffic so we know what to write next
- to protect the Site against spam, fraud, and attacks
- to display advertising that supports the Site
- to comply with law and to enforce our Terms
We do not:
- sell your personal information
- rent or trade email lists
- use your calculator inputs (we never receive them)
- send you marketing email unless you asked for a specific message or you later opt in to something we clearly describe
If that last point ever changes, we will update this policy and give you a real way to say no.
6. Advertising and Google AdSense
The Site is free because of advertising. We use Google AdSense to display ads.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this Site. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the internet.
What this means in practice:
- you may see ads that are more relevant to your interests
- Google and its partners may collect data such as cookie identifiers, IP address, and browsing activity on this and other sites
- we do not tell Google your name or birth date, and we do not upload a customer list of calculator users, because we do not have one
Your choices
- Opt out of personalized advertising from Google: https://adssettings.google.com/
- Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Google’s advertising privacy page: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Industry opt-out pages: https://www.aboutads.info/choices/ and https://optout.networkadvertising.org/
You can also use your browser’s cookie controls, a tracking-protection extension, or a consent banner if one is shown to you (visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland may see a consent choice before non-essential cookies run).
Ads do not change our editorial conclusions or the calculator’s math. We do not let an advertiser buy a more flattering meaning for the number 8.
7. Analytics and other third-party services
We may use privacy-conscious or standard analytics — including Google Analytics if it is installed on the Site — to learn which pages are read, how the calculator is used at an aggregate level (for example, that the homepage was loaded, not whose birthday was typed), and where the experience breaks.
If Google Analytics is active, Google may process data such as IP address, device information, and on-site events under its own terms. Where required, we will use available controls such as IP anonymization or consent mode.
We may also use:
- our hosting and content-delivery provider, to serve pages
- a contact-form or anti-spam service, if a form is added
- email infrastructure (our contact address is a Google-hosted inbox), to receive and reply to mail
Each of those providers processes information under its own privacy policy. We use them as tools to run the Site, not as a way to build a dossier on you.
We do not control how an advertising or analytics provider uses data it collects under its own independent relationship with you. Please read their policies if you want the full picture.
8. How we share information
We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers. Hosting, email, analytics, anti-spam, and advertising partners process data on our behalf or as independent services so the Site can function.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that we must do so to comply with law, a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our visitors, the public, or ourselves.
- Business transfer. If the Site is ever transferred, merged, or reorganized, information we hold (such as a correspondence inbox) may transfer with it. This policy would still apply until you are notified of a change.
- With your direction. If you ask us to share something — for example, you email us a quote and ask us to publish it — we will follow that request.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense of “we handed Google a list of our users,” because we do not keep such a list. Independent advertising cookies set by Google are described in Section 6.
9. Legal bases (for visitors in the EEA, UK, and similar regions)
If you are in a region that requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests — to operate a secure website, understand aggregate traffic, answer mail you sent us, and defend legal claims, in a way that does not override your rights
- Consent — for non-essential cookies and personalized advertising, where a consent banner or similar choice is required
- Legal obligation — when the law requires us to keep or disclose information
- Contract / steps you request — when you ask us to reply to you or to send an optional reading to an address you provided
You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already happened.
10. How long we keep information
- Calculator inputs: we do not receive them, so we do not retain them.
- Emails and contact messages: kept as long as needed to answer you and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation, then deleted or archived in the ordinary cycle of an inbox. We typically do not need correspondence older than 24 months.
- Server and security logs: kept for a short operational period, usually days or a few weeks, unless a security investigation requires longer.
- Optional email for a reading: kept long enough to send what you asked for and to handle a follow-up, then removed from any dedicated list. We will not add you to a newsletter unless you separately opt in.
- Published comments: kept until you ask us to remove them or we take the thread down.
When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or irreversibly de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small editorial site: HTTPS, reputable hosting, limited inbox access, and the simple architecture of not collecting calculator inputs at all.
No website or email system is perfectly secure. Email in particular is not encrypted end-to-end unless you and we both set that up. Do not send passwords, payment details, or highly sensitive records to us. We will never ask for them in an ordinary reply.
If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator the law requires, within the time the law requires.
12. International processing
We are a United States–oriented site. Our hosting, inbox, and advertising partners may process information on servers in the United States and other countries.
If you write to us from outside the United States, your message will be transferred to and stored in the United States. Those countries may not have the same data-protection laws as your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and on the fact that you chose to contact a U.S.-facing site.
13. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Because the public calculator runs in the browser, a child could in theory type a name and date without that data reaching us. That does not mean the Site is intended for them. Parents and guardians, please do not let children under 13 use the Site or email us.
If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, email angelnumbercalculator33@gmail.com. We will delete it promptly.
If you are between 13 and 17, please use the Site with a parent or guardian’s awareness, and please do not send us extra personal details we do not need.
14. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding personal information we actually hold about you (for example, an email you sent):
- Access — ask what personal information we have about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information
- Deletion — ask us to delete information we hold, subject to legal exceptions
- Restriction or objection — ask us to stop or limit certain processing
- Portability — ask for a copy of information you provided, in a reasonable format
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, you can pull it back
- Lodge a complaint — you may contact your local data-protection authority
Important limit: we cannot give you a copy of a calculator result we never received, and we cannot delete a name or birth date from a database that does not exist. If your request is about advertising cookies, the opt-out links in Section 6 are the effective path, because those cookies are set by Google, not by a profile we keep.
To make a request, email angelnumbercalculator33@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” Tell us what you want us to do and how we can recognize your correspondence (the email address you used is usually enough). We may need to confirm you are the person the record belongs to. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner if the law requires.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
15. U.S. state privacy notices (including California)
If you are a resident of California or of another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others), this section is for you.
In the last 12 months, the categories of personal information we may have collected are:
- Identifiers you gave us — such as a name or email address in a message
- Internet or network activity — such as pages viewed, IP address, and cookie IDs, collected automatically or by advertising partners
- Approximate geolocation — city or country inferred from IP
- Inferences — we do not build personality profiles about individual visitors. Advertising partners may infer interests for ad relevance; that is their processing, described in Section 6
We do not collect sensitive personal information as a condition of using the Site. Please do not email us health diagnoses, precise geolocation, or government ID numbers.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. The Site does use Google AdSense, which may be considered “sharing” or “cross-context behavioral advertising” under some state laws because Google uses cookies to personalize ads. You can opt out of that personalized advertising using the links in Section 6. We do not have a separate “Do Not Sell” data broker list, because we are not selling your name to anyone.
California Shine the Light. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
Retention is described in Section 10. Sources are you (when you write to us), your device (automatic data), and advertising/analytics partners. Purposes are described in Section 5.
To exercise the right to know, delete, correct, or opt out, email angelnumbercalculator33@gmail.com. You may use an authorized agent if you provide proof we can reasonably verify. We will not retaliate for a request.
16. Third-party websites
Articles, ads, and outbound links can take you to sites we do not operate. Their privacy policies govern what they collect. Please read those policies before you enter a name, birth date, or email on someone else’s calculator or form.
17. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consistent industry standard for how to respond, so the Site does not respond to DNT signals at this time. You can still control cookies through your browser and the opt-outs in Section 6.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site, the law, or our advertising setup changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. For a significant change — for example, if we ever started storing calculator inputs, which we do not plan to do — we will make that change conspicuous on this page.
Please check back from time to time. The date at the top is the source of truth.
19. Contact us about privacy
If anything on this page is unclear, or if you want to exercise a right, write to us. A person reads these messages.
